Krishnaprabha is an actress who is active in malayalam film industry. She made her acting debut with the film ‘Madambi’. Her popular films include ‘Natholi Oru Cheriya Meen Alla’, ‘Oru Indian Pranayakatha’, ‘Ezhu Sundara Rathrikal’, ‘Trivandrum Lodge’ and ‘Life of Josutty’.
Krishnaprabha was much passionate about dance, music and film right from her childhood. She bagged a number of prizes in state level school youth festival competition and M G University competition. Krishnaprabha studied dance under the guidance of Kalamandalam Sugandhi and music under RLV Divakaran. She also completed Certification plus Diploma course in Bharatanatyam.
Krishnaprabha started her career in acting with film ‘Madambi’ directed by B Unnikrishnan. For her acting brilliance, she won the Best Female Comedy Actress in Jaycey Daniel Foundation Awards. Some of her notable films include ‘Natholi Oru Cheriya Meen Alla’, ‘Salaam Kashmir’, ‘Kadal Kadannoru Maathukutty’, ‘Oru Indian Pranayakatha’, ‘Ezhu Sundara Rathrikal’, ‘Ee Adutha Kaalath’, ‘Hotel California’, ‘Trivandrum Lodge’, ‘Life of Josutty’ and ‘Kolumittayi’.
Being a professional dancer in both classical and cinematic dance, Krishnaprabha participated in many stage shows including foreign countries like USA, UAE, European countries and all over India.
