‘Vismayam’, the malayalam version of telugu film ‘Manamantha’ is currently undergoing its final stage of production. Scripted and directed by Chandra Sekhar Yeleti, this human drama with simple emotions and mild sensibilities is about the journey of four people; their childhood, youth and adulthood.
The choice being made often intersect and collide with the paths of other, it creates endless ripples that change us forever. This anthology film which comprising four different stories, at the end will unite to the main plot. Siby Jose Chalissery has written the malayalam dialogues.
Mohanlal, Gautami, Viswant Duddumpudi and Avanthika Vandanapu plays lead characters in the film. Mohanlal plays Sairam, an assistant manager in a supermarket.
Gautami gives life to Gayathri, while Viswant Duddumpudi plays Abhiram. Anisha Ambrose, Urvashi, S. P. Balasubrahmanyam, Gollapudi Maruti Rao, Naresh, Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao, P. Balachandran, Vennela Kishore and Nassar are also part of the star cast. Mahesh Shankar sets the tunes, while Rahul Shrivastav helms the camera.
