Harshaali Malhotra is a child actress who appears in Hindi cinema. She made her acting debut with the 2015 drama film ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’. Harshaali has acted in serials and appeared in TV commercials and print ads for popular brands.
Harshaali Malhotra was born on 3rd June 2008 as the daughter of Vipul Malhotra and Kajal at Mumbai, Maharashtra. Her mother is an interior designer by profession. She has an elder brother named Hardik. Harshaali studies in a school located in Mira Road, a western suburb of Mumbai.
Harshaali made her acting debut in 2012 though TV commercials. Later she played character roles in the serials Qubool Hai (Zee TV), Laut Aao Trisha (Life is OK), Jodhaa Akbar and Savdhaan India. Her big screen debut was in 2015 with the Bollywood film ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ directed by Kabir Khan. Selected out of 5,000 girls who appeared for the film’s audition, Harshaali gave a splendid performance in the film.
Harshaali gave life to Shahida alais ‘Munni’, a Pakistani Muslim girl who gets lost in India and travels back to her homeland with the help of an Indian, Pavan Kumar Chaturvedi (Salman Khan). She appeared in TV commercials and print ads for popular brands including Hyundai Xcent, Pears, Fair & Lovely, Sony, Horlicks, HDFC Bank and Apollo Tyres.
For her acting brilliance as a mute girl Shahida in ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, Harshaali won BIG Star Entertainment Awards in “Most Entertaining Child Artist” category. Her co – actors including Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor has also praised the young girl for her acting and natural behaviour.
