Aditi Chengappa is a young actress who appears in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi cinema. She made her acting debut with the telugu film ‘Thakita Thakita’. Her other popular films are ‘Ra’, ‘X’, ‘Rudramadevi’ and ‘Moodu Mokkallo Cheppalante’.
Aditi was born as the daughter of Mr. Raj Chengappa and Mrs. Usha at Bangalore, Karnataka. Her father is the Editorial director of publishing The India Today Group (Noida), while her mother is the Delhi Centre Head at Bharat Thakur’s Artistic Yoga. Aditi studied at Vasant Valley School New Delhi and then at Lady Shri Ram College in Delhi. She has been trained in both Hindustani classical and western vocals. Apart from being an accomplished pianist, Aditi is a big fan of yoga and a gaming freak.
Aditi started her career in television hosting a health show, ‘Bodylicious’ on NDTV Good Times along with her mother. Her silver screen debut was in 2010 through the telugu film ‘Thakita Thakita’. She made her Tamil debut with ‘Konjam Kofee Konjam Kaadhal’. She entered the Bollywood film circle with the film ‘X’, directed by 11 filmmakers. Her other noted films include ‘Ra’, ‘Rudramadevi’, ‘Moone Moonu Varthai’ and ‘Moodu Mokkallo Cheppalante’.
