Sandeep Ajith Kumar, who is best known as the director of short films like ‘Marupadi’ and ‘Oral’ is making his big screen debut with ‘Aakashathinum Bhoomikkumidayil’. Scripted by Peethambaran, the film revolves around a political murder and some incidents which happen later.
The story happens in a village in northern Kerala, where political murders occur. A young man is being murdered, mistaken to be someone else. As both families follow the same political view, the ill-fated incident badly affects the life of the children of both the family.
Neena Kurup, Musthafa and Shanavas(Rudran) would give life to the lead characters in the film. Vinod Kozhikode, Dineshan Eranjikkal, Erottil Muhammed, Ramesh, Dr Aravindakshan, Master Mohasin Salam, Master Udith Niveth, Prasida Vasu, Kozhikode Sarada and Sini Sinu are also part of the cast.
For the lines o Janardhana Cheekilode, the tunes are set by Gafoor M Khayam. Nahiyan helms the camera. ‘Aakashathinum Bhoomikkumidayil’ is produced by Neethul Ramachadran under the banner of Remember Cinemas in association with Flying Lantern Entertainment Pvt Ltd.
